Develop and execute the local supply and demand side strategy

Be a team player with a keen understanding for internal cross-functional & international communication/collaboration across multiple operational teams within Rendi
Attend appropriate industry events, conferences to effectively network and grow the Rendi local profile
Creating monthly business reviews
Reaching or exceeding monthly revenue goals
Motivating, structuring and driving the Polish team while sustaining a friendly and rewarding atmosphere
Managing, supervising, training and developing staff
Working closely with our international head to drive the Polish team to the next level
Manage the day-to-day operations in Poland.
BA/BS degree required in Business studies, MBA/JD a plus
4+ years of sales or business development experience in a fast paced, target driven supply or demand side sales environment,
Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish
Good knowledge of the Polish start-up / e-commerce ecosystem.
Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
Flexible, start-up mindset with proven success in fast paced environments with the ability to multi-task
Ability to travel
Experience with Google Analytics
